Admission Requirements for First Time Students

Admission to New Jerusalem Christian Academy depends on the students’ previous academic/behavioral records, standardized test scores, and the New Jerusalem’s Christian Academy Entrance Exam. Parents must contact the school office to make an appointment for testing—Kindergarten through Fifth Grade test in Mathematics and Reading.  There is a non-refundable $25.00 fee for the Entrance Exam.  

After reviewing the test results and the student’s former school’s documentation, the parent will be contacted and informed of their child’s test result. If the child meets the school’s academic/behavioral requirements, the parent will complete the on-line registration. 


There is an annual non-refundable registration fee due at enrollment for each student entering New Jerusalem Christian Academy. 

Enrollment at New Jerusalem Christian Academy indicates that your child’s secured reserved space is available (based on their appropriate age/grade level) for the current school year.

Tuition for the Safe Haven and the Academy are due monthly.  We have contracted with F.A.C.T.S. Tuition Management Program for the collection of tuitions. FACTS Tuition Management is an online payment allow parents the opportunity to pay their tuition and related fees from the comfort of their home.  All parents must register into FACTS prior to their child’s first day of class.
